Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in chunks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. cream or milk (for top)
Preparation
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Put crust on top.
    Rub milk or cream on top of crust; sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until done.
