Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 eggs, separated (beat white; fold in last)*
Preparation
    *May use whites of 2 eggs only, not using yolks.
