Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion
    6 carrots, pared and thinly sliced
    1 celery stalk
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 c. chicken stock
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat.
    Add onion.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add carrots, celery, basil and parsley.
    Season well.
    Mix and cook 6 minutes.
    Partly cover over medium heat.
