String Beans And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. beef (top round), thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. frozen string beans
Preparation
    Prepare marinade of soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, salt and sherry.
    Marinate meat.
    Heat pan.
    Add 3 tablespoons of oil and saute beef a few seconds.
    Prepare beans as indicated on package. Add beans to meat with water they were cooked in.
    Simmer a few seconds.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
