Vegetable Sauces - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or milk and vegetable juice
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Blend butter and flour thoroughly; add liquid gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat, stirring.
Add seasonings.
Cover tightly and place over hot water until ready to use.
