Special Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. chicken stock
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. slivered cooked chicken
2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender.
Mix cornstarch with chicken stock and stir in onion and pepper.
Add soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in chicken. Pour over 2 cups cooked rice.
Top with tomato wedges.
