Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plain gelatine (2 envelopes Knox)
    2 c. milk
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup milk.
    Scald 1 1/2 cups milk, stir into gelatine to dissolve.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Set aside. Beat eggs at high speed of mixer for 5 minutes.
    Add the two milks, pudding mix and vanilla.
    Then add gelatine mixture.
    Takes 20 minutes to freeze.
