Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts (Tyson)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices (each about 4 x 6-inch) Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 ??? Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
