Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Heat sugar in small, heavy saucepan over medium low heat, stirring constantly until dissolved and caramel colored.
Quickly pour into bottom of deep dish 9 inch pie plate; swirl around bottom and sides to coat.
