Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can coconut
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks oleo, melted
1 German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Spray bottom of 10 x 15-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix coconut and pecans and cover bottom of dish with this mixture.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour
cake mix mixture over pecan mixture.
Then pour cream cheese mixture on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
