Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. candied ginger (optional)
    cooked rice
    Macadamia nuts or almonds
Preparation
    Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, oil, flour and salt; mix well.
    Cook, stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly.
    Add chicken, pineapple, water chestnuts and ginger.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with toasted nuts.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Double recipe of sauce to make dish a lot juicier.
