Swiss Cheese Quiche With Ham And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 c. ham, chopped into 1/4-inch squares
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 unbaked pie crust (10 inches in diameter)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, mayonnaise, milk, cornstarch and pepper; beat with mixer until well blended.
    Add cheese, ham and spinach; mix well.
    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Allow quiche to set for 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
