Spaghetti Sauce(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
3 tomatillos (ground diced tomato)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. spike
3 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger, garlic, onion and green pepper (drain fat). After browned, add, in large kettle, spices, tomato products, brown sugar, vinegar and meat mixture.
Simmer together one hour. Add Parmesan or shredded Monterey Jack cheese to taste.
