Shapiro'S Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. hot water
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled (4 sq.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    whipped cream
    chocolate curls (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the crushed graham crackers and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Set aside.
