Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Add to sugar and egg mixture and beat.
    Add vanilla; mix grated carrots, walnuts, flaked coconut and crushed pineapple.
    Add to mixture; blend well.
    Pour batter in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tester comes clean.
    Cool on cake rack.
    Remove from pan.
