Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (20 oz.) pineapple slices in juice
    1/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    10 maraschino cherries
    1 yellow cake mix, prepared as directed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain pineapple.
    Melt margarine in cast iron skillet (9 or 10 inch).
    Remove from heat, add brown sugar and stir until blended.
    Arrange pineapple slices in skillet.
    Place 1 cherry in center of each slice.
    Spread prepared cake mix evenly over pineapple.
    Bake about 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
    Let stand in skillet 10 minutes.
    Invert onto serving plate.
