Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm milk
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening and mix well. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk and yeast.
    Knead slightly, then cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before using. Use as needed.
    You may keep dough covered in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
