Spareribs Hawaiian Style(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. country style spareribs
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving pieces.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in vinegar, catsup, undrained pineapple and soy sauce. Cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Arrange ribs in roasting pan.
    Cover with pineapple mixture.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
