French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. onions
    4 c. beef consomme
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 chunks French bread
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese (Swiss is also good)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine onions, consomme, butter and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan and cook until tender.
    Put a chunk of bread in each of 4 ovenproof bowls.
    Pour soup over bread and top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese has started to brown.
    Serve hot.
