Pecan Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. flour
    about 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese together until well mixed.
    Add chopped pecans.
    Shape into rolls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Do not brown.
