Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz or 1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Preparation

Saute onion and celery.
Place cooked rice in bottom of casserole dish then cooked broccoli over rice.
Mix soup and Cheez Whiz in onions and celery until all is smooth.
Pour over broccoli and rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
You can freeze.
