Seashell Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot red pepper sauce (optional)
    8 oz. seashell macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper sauce.
    Stir in macaroni, tuna, celery, onion and green pepper.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Toss before serving.
    Makes 6 cups.
