Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small pieces
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese, Velveeta
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and salt.
    Stir until smooth paste. Combine chicken stock and evaporated milk.
    Remove from heat and add cheese.
    In casserole dish, make a bottom layer of broccoli and top layer of chicken.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
