Microwave Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 1/2 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put drained spaghetti in greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable pan.
    In 2-quart casserole, microwave butter, mushrooms, onion and lemon juice on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt, nutmeg and paprika until smooth.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute; stir well.
    Add broth; microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Add half and half and turkey; blend well.
    Pour over spaghetti in pan; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes, turning twice.
    Serves 4 or 5.
