Swiss Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces cube steak
    salt
    pepper
    flour
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with herbs
    1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Salt and pepper steak.
    Batter in flour.
    Country-fry steak until done.
    Drain grease.
    Pour tomato sauce over steak.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Cover and let simmer about 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
