Irresistible Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 egg whites
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 9-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
    In 2-quart glass measure with handle, combine milk, cocoa and chips.
    Cook in microwave on 100% power (High) for 2 minutes or until chips melt.
    Stir after each minute. Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Turn into prepared pan.
    Bake 20 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
    Store tightly covered at room temperature.
    One brownie equals 120 calories.
