Ingredients

1/2 onion, grated
2 large potatoes, grated
4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
4 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Lightly oil a griddle and heat to 325\u00b0 or medium heat.
Ladle the potato mixture onto the griddle, slightly flatten.
Cook about 8 to 10 minutes on one side, then turn and cook for 5 to 8 minutes more.
