Tomato Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/3 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in casserole.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Before cooked, add 1/2 cup cream.
