Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until creamy.
    Add oil and beat until creamy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until blended in.
    Combine salt with flour and add to sugar mixture, alternating with the milk, ending with flour.
    Add lemon extract; blend.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
    Remove from oven; let sit for 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
