Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Combine flour, peanut butter, baking soda and salt (combining dry ingredients first). Add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in 11 x 13-inch pan.
Cool completely and frost.
