Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. well drained pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. nuts, divided
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla.
    Stir in pineapple, coconut and 1/2 cup nuts. Pour in a greased baking dish (9 x 13 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done; cool.
    Combine frosting ingredients.
