Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes with jackets, boiled and chilled
1/2 to 2/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cube butter
2 (8 oz.) containers sour cream
salt to taste
1 c. milk
Preparation

After potatoes are chilled, grate.
Add onion and sour cream. Heat cheese, milk and butter.
Add to potato mixture and blend thoroughly with spoon.
Do not use mixer.
Put in an 8 1/2 x 13-inch oblong baking dish.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
