Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 14-inch pan.
    Mix butter, powdered sugar and 2 cups of flour.
    Press into pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add 2 cups sugar, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon flour, baking powder and nuts.
    Pour over pastry.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
    Dust with additional powdered sugar.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
