Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. melted butter (1 stick)
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Mix all together; pour into 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Recipe can be doubled, but should be baked in 2 pans. Serves 6.
