Cheese And Beef Upside-Down Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) cubed Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Add beef and onion; cook until beef is lightly browned.
    Stir in flour.
    Add tomato paste, salt, chili powder and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese and olives.
    Spread evenly over bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions.
    Spread over beef mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Loosen around edges and invert onto a serving platter.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
