Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced green peppers
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Let stand to enhance flavor, preferably overnight.
