Greens, Peas And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 c. bite-size greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
    1 small onion or 3 Tbsp. green onion, thinly sliced
    2 c. thawed frozen peas
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or Bacon Bits
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, place half the greens, onion, peas and cheese.
    Sprinkle with half the sugar.
    Dot with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Add bacon and toss just before serving.
