Lori'S Caramel Apple Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Granny Smith apples
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    caramel ice cream topping
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; place in the center of a 9 or 10-inch plate, or in a small bowl if you prefer.
    After carefully washing the apples, cut into bite size wedges (8 to 10 wedges per apple). Sprinkle with Fruit Fresh to prevent darkening.
    Pour a generous amount of caramel topping over cream cheese and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
    Arrange apples around the cream cheese.
    Dip the apples into the cream cheese, being sure to include the topping. The taste is a delicious surprise!
