"Hamlins" Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 onions
    1 1/2 c. hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. pepper juice
    1 tsp. salt (or salt to taste)
    1 (1 gal.) can tomatoes
    1 (1/2 gal.) can tomato puree
    1/2 gal. water
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered mustard
    1/2 pt. cooking oil
Preparation
    Grind onions and hot peppers.
    Squash up tomatoes.
    Mix all together.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 hours.
