Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

In an oblong pan (sprayed with Pam), spread nuts on the bottom of the pan and place coconut on top of the nuts.
Mix cake mix as per directions; pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together.
Add powdered sugar; pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
