Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 heaping c. mashed pinto beans
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Blend sugars, egg and butter until creamy.
    Add pinto beans and blend well.
    Pour into deep 9-inch unbaked shell.
    Allow room for filling to cook.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for an additional 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Tastes like pecan pie.
