Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or other cream soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 pkg. potato puffs (10 oz. frozen)
Preparation
    In skillet, combine ground beef, onion and green pepper.
    Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender.
    Add ketchup, undiluted soup and water.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover top with frozen potato puffs. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until potato puffs are golden brown. Serves 4.
