Swiss Steak In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak (2-inch thick)
    flour, salt, pepper, fat
    2 onions, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    3/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dredge steak with flour and seasonings.
    Brown on both sides in hot fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover pan closely and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
