Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Add vanilla, vinegar and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then increase to 350\u00b0 and cook for 45 minutes.
