Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Add to beaten egg yolks.
Add rhubarb and mix all together.
Put in pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
