Meat Spinach Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or veal, cooked
2 eggs
1 c. chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet
and add meat.
Cook until brown and drain any grease.
Return to
heat and add dry spinach and saute for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Proceed to fill dough as stated in recipe.
