Chili Quiche Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 (4 oz.) jar jalapenos, sliced
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. baking mix
    1 c. half and half
    4 eggs
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese in greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Combine baking mix, half and half, eggs and hot sauce in blender container.
    Process at high speed for 15 seconds or until smooth.
    Pour into prepared baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 1 1/4-inch squares.

    36 servings.
