Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening (liquid)
1 c. nuts
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients, then add nuts and vanilla.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured (or sprayed with Pam cooking spray).
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cake should look like isn't finished baking.
Remove from oven and spread marshmallows (as desired) over top of cake.
Put back in oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows soften and puff up.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1 hour, then spread on icing.
