Ingredients

4 c. milk (low-fat)
1/2 c. sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Cook on top of stove on low heat until rice is done.
