Peach Pie Supreme - cooking recipe

1 (10-inch) deep dish pastry shell
10 to 12 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. butter
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Prepare pastry shell. Mound peaches in unbaked shell. In small bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour until smooth. Pour over peaches. Dot with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let set before serving. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
